These 3 are totally fresh to the marketplace as I’m only the 2nd owner of them. Even this moulding was made painterly by Hair’s streaks of color added in matching hues to the painting. These 3 images appear to be painted at either late sunrise or early sunset when the ubiquitous billowy and wispy clouds that float over the interior of southern Florida are a beautiful flamingo pink.

“I have owned the painting for 20 years and believed until 2022 that it was done as a collaboration between Al Hair and Backus. I showed them this painting. Both of them were certain that it was a Backus.
